Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITAM, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, and CMDB
- Proven track record in building or overseeing large-scale CMDB and asset register solutions
- Deep knowledge of managing asset lifecycles, configuration governance, and reconciliation workflows
- Experience maintaining software, hardware, information, or data asset inventories in regulated industries
- Familiarity with asset ownership frameworks, data governance principles, and operational risk controls
- Background supporting compliance with standards such as DSPT, NIS, GDPR, or ISO 27001
- Understanding of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and methods for integrating asset data
- Experience implementing security and governance controls like role-based access, audit trails, secure disposal, and evidence retention
- Demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate with both technical and operational stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience with Entra ID, endpoint management tools, or identity-based asset governance models
- Familiarity with cloud and on-premise platforms including Azure, M365, VMware, Windows, Linux, and hybrid environments
- Prior work in healthcare, public sector, or other highly regulated organizations
- Hold current ServiceNow certifications, which are considered a strong advantage

This role will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance.
