We are currently recruiting a Regional Manager to join our energetic IFMS-NPI Facilities Maintenance Team. This is a full-time permanent site-based position on a 5:2, 4:3 roster with biweekly Friday office time in Perth. The Regional Manager will oversee successful hard facilities management service delivery for RTIO on-site locations and provide auxiliary support services across East Pilbara's integrated facilities management contract.
Primary Responsibilities:
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Communicate maintenance issues professionally and provide timely resolution updates
Compliance, Safety & Environmental Management
- Guarantee complete adherence to regulatory, organizational, and client-driven occupational health and safety protocols
- Continuously evaluate and refine safety documentation to align with industry best practices
Employee Leadership & Development
- Guide, educate, and mentor facilities management and maintenance personnel
- Establish a performance-driven team culture emphasizing professionalism and continuous learning
Financial & Resource Management
- Collaborate with finance teams to develop operational budgets and assess project expenditures
- Monitor labor and resource expenses, implementing strategic cost-reduction initiatives
Crisis & Contingency Management
- Ensure rapid, professional responses to unexpected events and emergencies
- Spearhead operational issue investigations and disseminate insights across sites
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years facilities management experience
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
- Proven expertise managing remote site facilities
- Comprehensive understanding of Australian Property and Occupational Health & Safety regulations
- Valid manual driver's license
