Global Finance Teams (GFT) seeks a Social Media Marketing Manager to drive content creation and growth marketing for three AI brands. This remote role gives you ownership of social media, newsletter operations, and growth initiatives, working directly with founders at the intersection of tech, VC, and healthcare.

What You'll Do

Post 3–5x/day on X, LinkedIn, and optionally TikTok.
Create viral threads, replies, explainers, memes, and brand point-of-view content.
Operate and grow three Beehiiv newsletters, owning scheduling, writing, and delivery.
Repurpose content across platforms, visuals, and formats.
Help plan and run events like private dinners, hackathons, and AMAs.
Support growth marketing from SEO tests to email capture and lead generation.
Maintain Notion pages, media kits, databases, and digital resources.
Coordinate light sales and partnership outreach, including pitch decks and follow-ups.
Build backend systems to help these brands scale efficiently.

What We're Looking For

Extremely online with a love for creating content that performs.
Ability to write fast, clear, and clever copy, adapting voice across brands.
Great taste in design, detail, and editorial voice.
Strong organizational skills; comfortable juggling multiple fast-moving priorities.
5-7 years of experience with ERP or other accounting software implementation.
Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
Experience in accounting, finance, or working with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, or Oracle.
Experience in SaaS or technology startups.
Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment while keeping a high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with internal cross-functional teams and customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Willing to work US hours from Monday to Friday.

Nice to Have

Knowledge or eagerness to learn about AI, venture capital, and healthcare.
Experience growing a newsletter, managing events, or building side projects.
Experience with ASC 606 & SaaS revenue recognition.
