RemoteVA PH is hiring a Social Media Manager focused on the real estate and construction industry. You will craft compelling content and execute strategies to grow and engage our audience on key platforms.
What You'll Do
- Write engaging, industry-specific content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Create and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
- Monitor performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the team to align messaging with brand goals.
- Set up, maintain, and improve Airtable systems to manage content and workflows.
- Keep up with trends, competitors, and content ideas that resonate with the audience.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram for real estate or construction audiences.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and original content.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices, algorithms, and community engagement.
- Experience using and customizing Airtable or similar tools for content planning and management.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive.
- Can start ASAP and comfortable working with a time tracker.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of the construction and/or multifamily housing industry.
