Ksisters is looking for a Customer Experience Executive to manage customer inquiries and ensure high satisfaction levels. You'll work closely with our Singapore team in a flexible remote environment, overseeing smooth operations and delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Do
- Attend to customers’ enquiries through phone call, email, and social media platforms.
- Follow up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of service.
- Assist customers with after-sales service issues: handle sales orders, exchanges, returns, and manage complaints to initiate service recovery.
- Assist customers with Shopify custom orders.
- Provide customer service insights to the team, such as customer feedback and product restock requests.
- Liaise with courier partners to ensure smooth delivery.
- Liaise with stockists or partners on product delivery.
- Handle any other ad hoc duties as designated.

- An independent, proactive, and fast learner.
- Ability to stay closely connected with the Singapore team and maintain clear communication and strong collaboration.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Shopify, TikTok, and Shopee.
