RemoteVA PH is seeking a AppSheet Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance, maintenance, and support for clients' AppSheet-based applications, ensuring optimal performance, data accuracy, and usability.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing AppSheet applications.
- Support end-users with technical issues related to AppSheet and Google Sheets integration.
- Provide recommendations for improvements and automation.
- Assist in deploying updates, testing new features, and ensuring data reliability.
- Document issues, resolutions, and changes in workflows.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to understand requirements and deliver effective support.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in AppSheet development and technical support.
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and data structure logic.
- Analytical thinker and problem-solver with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
