Responsibilities
- Generate precise and timely sales quotations that match customer needs and adhere to established pricing policies.
- Monitor quotation status and follow up to ensure prompt replies to customer inquiries.
- Process deal registration requests quickly upon submission.
- Liaise with internal departments and outside partners to coordinate accurate and on-time delivery of solutions.
- Support order fulfillment, monitor shipment progress, and resolve logistical challenges.
- Serve as a primary contact for customer questions, directing qualified leads to Account Managers as needed.
- Provide the Sales Director with updates and detailed information on pending orders and inquiries.
- Keep customer records current in the CRM platform, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Manage recurring billing schedules and identify renewal opportunities for expiring software or hardware agreements.
- Propose enhancements to improve efficiency in sales support workflows.
