Remote Recruitment is looking for a Sales Support Specialist (SaaS) to provide critical administrative and operational support to the sales team for a UK-based SaaS company. You will ensure seamless processes and help drive customer satisfaction in this remote role based in South Africa.
What You'll Do
- Prepare accurate and timely sales quotes for customers.
- Track and follow up on quotes to guarantee timely responses.
- Submit deal registrations promptly upon request.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for accurate and timely delivery.
- Assist with order processing, shipment tracking, and resolving logistics issues.
- Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, escalating warm leads.
- Support the Sales Director with reports and clarifications on open orders.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Record recurring billing and generate renewal opportunities for expiring orders.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline sales support.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting sales teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable laptop for remote work.
