Lago is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand growth and shape our digital voice. You will build community engagement and drive meaningful connections through compelling storytelling and content across key platforms.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a social media content strategy aligned with brand goals, highlighting creators, products, and our story.
- Create and curate engaging photo, video, and written content tailored to each platform.
- Oversee daily posting, scheduling, and community interaction to ensure consistent and authentic engagement.
- Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics; provide insights and recommendations to optimize growth.
- Stay updated on platform trends, emerging tools, and best practices to keep our presence innovative.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, design, and partnerships to align campaigns with overall initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand, creator, or agency.
- Strong storytelling skills and a creative approach to content creation.
- Deep knowledge of platform-specific trends, especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, and emerging content formats.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for creators, digital culture, and building communities online.
