Responsibilities
- Lead and execute expansive social media campaigns to grow and enhance current platforms
- Generate original concepts and creative direction for new social media content
- Establish brand presence on emerging social networks and platforms
- Align social media activities with major company initiatives, events, and community efforts
- Partner with designers to develop visual assets and multimedia briefs for content campaigns
- Track and evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools, measuring engagement, reach, and content effectiveness
- Coordinate with marketing colleagues to integrate paid advertising with organic social strategy
- Serve as primary community liaison, responding to inquiries and monitoring sentiment daily
- Provide regular updates to the PR & Brand Manager while advancing best practices across all channels
