TheSoul Publishing is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead audience growth and content for an ambitious crypto project. You'll be responsible for shaping the social media presence across multiple platforms, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and aligned with crypto industry dynamics.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow clients’ social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Research and follow industry trends, news, and viral formats to keep content relevant.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts including copy, visuals, and short videos in collaboration with the design team.
- Propose fresh ideas and campaign concepts to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare concise reports, and optimize content accordingly.
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and maintain the brand’s tone of voice.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align on strategy and content calendar.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media touchpoints.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience managing social media for clients.
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting experience, basic design knowledge, trend awareness, and multi-platform SMM expertise.
- Solid understanding of social media metrics, platform-specific differences, and how to tailor content accordingly.
- Experience managing social media for crypto projects or strong knowledge of the crypto industry.
- Familiarity with crypto culture and the ability to react quickly to trends.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
- Personal traits: creative, self-driven, organized, responsive, attentive to detail, adaptable, with a structured mindset.
- Ability to work according to Central European Time (CET).
Team & Environment
