Job Overview:
We’re helping our client find a Social Media Manager (Content, Growth & Brand) for a fast-growing, founder-led luxury DTC knitwear brand. The company is known for elevated, machine-washable cashmere and modern lifestyle essentials designed for comfort, travel, and everyday luxury.
In this role, you will own the brand’s social media presence end-to-end across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. You will be responsible for both content creation and performance-driven growth, ensuring social media directly contributes to engagement, conversions, and revenue.
You will sit at the intersection of content, culture, and performance marketing, balancing premium brand storytelling with data-driven creative testing to scale a high-growth eCommerce brand.
Responsibilities:
• Own and execute social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with product drops, campaigns, and key revenue moments
• Create, produce, and publish short-form video and static content aligned with platform best practices
• Develop content pillars including UGC, brand storytelling, product education, styling, and founder-led content
• Monitor trends and translate them into high-performing content and hooks
• Collaborate with paid media and growth teams to align organic content with performance goals (CAC, conversions)
• Identify, manage, and grow relationships with influencers and content creators
• Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and consistent brand voice management
• Analyse content performance and iterate based on insights to improve engagement and conversion
• Maintain a consistent, premium, and elevated brand aesthetic across all channels
Must-Have:
• 4–7+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (DTC, fashion, or lifestyle preferred)
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok growth and content mechanics
• Proven ability to create content that drives engagement and conversion
• Experience working alongside paid media or performance marketing teams
• Hands-on experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
• Strong aesthetic judgment with an eye for premium, elevated brand content
• Data-driven mindset with strong testing and iteration ability
• Highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands
• Background in influencer marketing or creator management
• Experience in early-stage or fast-growth digital brands
• Exposure to performance creative strategy for paid social campaigns
• Experience building or scaling social media systems and workflows
