Responsibilities
- Record team members regularly using both smartphone and professional camera gear with clear audio
- Produce diverse content types such as direct-to-camera clips, supplementary visuals, behind-the-scenes material, and brief vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Maintain consistent standards in lighting, framing, sound, and visual composition across all recordings
- Adjust filming techniques and formats to align with platform-specific guidelines
- Carry out creative directions and shot plans from the marketing team
- Turn written ideas into compelling video content that performs well
- Propose engaging hooks, trending formats, filming approaches, and fresh content concepts
- Stay informed about current trends on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Develop a trusting and personable rapport with the individual being filmed
- Guide on-camera talent during shoots on positioning, timing, delivery, and repeat takes
- Support scheduling of filming sessions, prepare locations, and set up necessary equipment
- Maintain a professional, upbeat, and cooperative attitude during production
- Provide unedited footage to the in-house creative team soon after recording
- Label and sort files systematically by project, content category, and date
