Responsibilities

  • Detect recurring viral patterns, attention-grabbing hooks, and popular content formats on a daily and weekly basis
  • Develop and suggest content concepts optimized for performance on a regular basis
  • Tailor trending content styles to fit specific brand identities and promotional goals
  • Create diverse interpretations, entry points, and variations for each core content concept
  • Examine the mechanics behind viral content, including psychological triggers, pacing, and structural design
  • Consistently introduce innovative concepts aimed at boosting visibility and interaction
  • Independently build and manage weekly and monthly content schedules for designated brands
  • Convert trending ideas into organized, actionable posting strategies
  • Plan and coordinate daily posting timelines across multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Maintain a diverse content mix that includes trending material, branded messaging, and reused assets
  • Revise content calendars dynamically in response to new trends, marketing campaigns, and performance data
  • Ensure all scheduled content is properly documented, approved, and prepared for release
  • Handle daily publishing activities across all assigned social media channels
  • Upload, format, and distribute content accurately and according to schedule
  • Write engaging captions, relevant hashtags, and concise copy that matches brand voice
  • Pre-schedule posts to ensure consistent and timely delivery
  • Oversee the publication of stories, reels, and feed content across multiple accounts
  • Collaborate closely with videographers, editors, designers, and marketing personnel
  • Deliver clear creative direction based on current trends and proposed content ideas
  • Ensure all produced content reflects planned viral strategies and calendar objectives
  • Track progress on creative deliverables to support rapid turnaround times
