BrickBrands is looking for a Social Media Engagement Specialist to build and nurture vibrant online communities on behalf of our clients. In this dynamic role, you will develop and execute strategic outbound engagement initiatives. You'll join a fast-growing, global company proud of its Finnish heritage and committed to creating opportunities for brands and communities to connect.
What You'll Do
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, questions, and concerns in a timely, professional, and on-brand manner.
- Engage authentically with trending videos in a way that resonates with the brand and its audience.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Find new social media trends as an ad-hoc task.
What We're Looking For
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A personal PC/laptop with a working webcam.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A good working home environment with a stable internet connection.
- Experience in Community Management and the US market.
- Well-versed in US culture.
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift coinciding with the US timezone (EST).
Nice to Have
- Additional languages are a plus.
- An active TikTok account is a bonus.
- Any form of experience in Social Media and Customer Service (non-voice) is a plus.
