About the Role

What You'll Do

Collaborate with the Central Europe marketing team to strengthen regional visibility through strategic social media activities, with a primary focus on LinkedIn. Help develop and refine content such as posts, carousels, and short videos aligned with broader marketing initiatives. Support regional leaders by preparing tailored content ideas and drafts that reflect local context and messaging needs.

Contribute to employee advocacy efforts by preparing and distributing campaign-related content through internal platforms. Maintain a clear overview of scheduled social content and assist in coordinating approvals across stakeholders. Monitor key engagement metrics—including reach, clicks, and interactions—and compile structured reports to inform ongoing strategies.

Review translated campaign materials such as landing pages and social posts for linguistic accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance. Propose refinements to better align with regional expectations. Assist in creating localized content elements like short copy or social snippets when needed, and support updates to the German-language website following established guidelines.

Participate in cross-channel marketing campaigns by helping adapt creative assets for digital advertising and supporting coordination between internal teams. Track campaign timelines and deliverables, and assist in generating performance summaries and status updates.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
  • Proven familiarity with B2B social media, particularly LinkedIn content creation and employee advocacy
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles in a B2B context
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Authentic interest in digital technologies, automation, and AI-driven solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of French is an advantage
  • Experience with tools such as Hootsuite, CMS platforms, Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Cloud, or AI-powered content applications
  • Familiarity with intent data platforms like 6sense

Technical Stack

You'll work with Hootsuite for social scheduling, content management systems for web updates, Marketo and Salesforce for campaign support, Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud for asset handling, AI tools for content enhancement, and intent data platforms such as 6sense.
