Transform raw video content—such as seminars, testimonials, and webinars—into compelling social media assets tailored for Twitter/X, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn. Identify powerful moments within long-form material and extract them into attention-grabbing hooks, quote cards, and dynamic carousels.
Shape narrative-driven Reels with sharp editing that pulls viewers in, and craft conversational LinkedIn posts that reflect a distinct voice while encouraging engagement. Use Metricool to manage and optimize a consistent publishing schedule aligned with strategic goals.
Continuously test variations in visuals, pacing, and tone. Monitor metrics like shares, clicks, and watch time to understand what resonates, then refine approaches quickly. Turn insights into repeatable systems that scale impact over time.
Requirements
You must be fully fluent in both French and English, with a natural feel for how language shapes emotion and connection on social platforms. You have a proven ability to deconstruct video content into standalone micro-moments that capture attention and drive action.
Strong storytelling instincts are essential, along with hands-on experience editing videos specifically for social formats—especially Reels. You’ve successfully repurposed long-form content across multiple networks and understand the nuances of each platform’s audience and algorithm.
Experience using Metricool for content planning is required. You think in data but create with empathy, balancing analytical rigor with creative intuition. You’re comfortable ghostwriting posts that align with a defined personal brand voice and can document processes to make workflows more efficient.
