This position integrates content curation, creator collaboration, publishing, audience interaction, and performance analysis. If you excel at analyzing trending content, comprehend golf's intricacies, and excel in dynamic digital environments, you'll be an ideal candidate. Key Responsibilities 1. Content Capture & Organisation • Track all tagged content daily via Archive application • Categorise content into appropriate product streams, eliminate inferior posts, request usage permissions or improved submissions from creators • Systematically store assets in Google Drive KPI: Complete content organisation weekly 2. Content Scheduling & Posting • Design, program, and distribute content across digital platforms • Maintain consistent posting frequency on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube KPIs: • 4 Instagram/Facebook posts weekly • 3 Instagram Reels weekly • 3 TikToks weekly • 5 Instagram Story sequences weekly • 2 YouTube Shorts weekly 3. Ad Content Support • Partner with Ad Strategist to generate promotional concepts and identify optimal content for performance creatives KPI: Facilitate development of 5 new advertisements weekly 4. Community Management • Republish tagged stories and archive in relevant highlight collections KPI: 95% success rate capturing and reposting stories within 24 hours 5. Creator & Campaign Support • Collaborate with creators, affiliates, and partners to secure user-generated content, partnerships, and launch materials • Ensure all campaign assets are collected punctually KPI: 3 new content agreements weekly 6. Reporting & Performance Tracking • Compile weekly insights on content performance, engagement patterns, top posts, follower expansion, and sourced user-generated content KPI: Monday weekly report including: • Engagement rate • Top-performing content • Follower growth • UGC volume Requirements & Skills • Authentic enthusiasm for viral content and golf • Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing • Exceptional organisational capabilities and robust file management practices • Creative talent for identifying high-potential user-generated content • Capacity to simultaneously manage multiple platforms, creators, and deadlines • Outstanding communication and coordination abilities
