About the Role

OLIVER Agency is hiring a Social Media & Community Manager to shape and animate the daily presence of a leading global brand. You will be the driving force behind Dove's social media channels, ensuring the brand shows up consistently and authentically across platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee content planning, publishing, and calendar management, ensuring platform-optimized posts with accessibility features like subtitles and alt-text.
  • Manage daily community engagement, including monitoring conversations, responding to comments and messages, and crafting proactive and reactive posts.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics like reach, engagement, saves, shares, and audience growth to generate regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team, designers, creators, and brand partners by providing clear briefings and supporting campaign planning.
  • Develop platform expertise by tracking updates, suggesting new content formats, and implementing best practices for organic reach.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of hands-on social media management experience, ideally within consumer brands, beauty, personal care, or FMCG.
  • Fluent German at a C2 level and professional proficiency in English.
  • Secure knowledge of key platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), including their content formats, algorithms, and publishing workflows.
  • Strong copywriting skills and proven experience in active community management.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Sprout and native platform analytics.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A genuine interest in social culture, digital trends, and the beauty industry.
  • A proactive, team-oriented, and results-focused working style.
  • Basic knowledge of Gen-AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, Copy.ai) to support text generation, ideation, and reporting without losing human nuance.
  • Strong self-organization and initiative, with the ability to integrate AI meaningfully into your workflow.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience working with Dove, Unilever, an in-house agency, or a social media specialist studio.
  • Editorial experience, influencer workflow knowledge, social listening skills, or accessibility expertise.
  • Understanding of paid social media and how it interacts with organic content strategies.
