Ema is hiring a Social Media & Community Manager to accelerate our brand and category creation in enterprise AI. You will be responsible for scaling our social media presence, building a community of enterprise leaders, and driving measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
- Scale Ema's LinkedIn from 30K to 100K+ followers with creative storytelling and optimal RoAS.
- Maintain a consistent 4-week rolling content calendar across social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Write or edit 1 blog per week, collaborating with engineers, design, and leadership.
- Work with design to repurpose existing content into carousels, short videos, blogs, and newsletters.
- Experiment with and improve existing channels, and identify new distribution channels like YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Track performance and run creative experiments.
- Build and manage the 'Agents of Change by Ema' community of senior enterprise AI leaders.
- Grow and engage a private LinkedIn group to 500+ members in 6 months.
- Deliver high-value content, polls, curated insights, and conduct user research for thought leadership.
- Cultivate relationships with Ema's ICP, including enterprise executives, CAIOs, and operators.
- Help convert community members into business pipeline by working with Product Marketing & Sales.
- Support the launch of CAIO Academy / AgentSchool as a go-to resource.
- Help draft newsletters, create content snippets, and manage the ABT microsite.
- Assist with hosting Ema's roundtables, community sessions, hackathons, and events.
- Continuously measure and track key success metrics like reach, engagement, and pipeline.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in social media, community, or marketing roles.
- Writing and editing skills across formats and subject matter, especially business and tech writing.
- Ability to turn a blog or video into multiple high-performing social and LinkedIn assets.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and the AI/tech landscape.
- Fluent across content formats like carousels, threads, short videos, and event clips.
- Understanding of what makes enterprise executives and operators engage.
- Plugged into AI and enterprise tech conversations.
- Ability to work fast, independently, and thrive in ambiguity.
- A portfolio showing range and creativity.
Nice to Have
- Past experience in AI, B2B SaaS, or scaling social media for D2C brands.
- Short-form social media copy skills.

Work Mode
This role follows a hybrid work model based out of our Bangalore office.
