Responsibilities
- Design and implement creative social media strategies to boost brand recognition and engagement, with a particular emphasis on a specific platform.
- Generate, gather, and oversee published content to maintain brand consistency in voice, style, and tone.
- Evaluate, assess, and report on campaign effectiveness to optimize results.
- Work with other departments to manage reputation, identify key stakeholders, and coordinate efforts.
- Keep current with the latest technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
- Handle additional tasks to achieve the team's social media and marketing objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable.
- Experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field, ideally in a technology or financial services sector.
- Proven ability to create content with a strong command of the English language.
- Highly imaginative with experience in identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Skillful in using social media analytics tools to measure performance and identify improvements.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
