You will execute a modern, pop-culture-inspired social media strategy that celebrates the people behind our brand, drives community engagement, and increases our reach across digital platforms to transform the perception of the legal industry.

What You'll Do

Collaborate on, execute, and track our social media strategy across all platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
Produce visual and written social media content, including static images, carousels, reels, and short-form video, using templates and partnering with graphic designers
Use project management software to coordinate production and scheduling, working cross-functionally with a broad team
Manage and schedule multi-channel content, maintaining brand consistency while optimizing for each platform's unique requirements
Monitor and respond to comments and conversations across all social platforms for timely and thoughtful community engagement
Track, analyze, and report on key metrics while monitoring trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
Support thought leadership efforts by distributing our experts’ content directly on their platforms to increase reach
Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity
Maintain the Company’s visual brand and voice in all content produced
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify company initiatives and support relationship building with industry thought leaders
Work with external vendors to project manage content creation, organizing deliverables and maintaining file storage

What We're Looking For

Fluent English
3-7 years of social media management experience
Proven experience managing English-language social media channels
A portfolio showing examples of your designs and your positive impact on prior channels
Background in B2B/SaaS marketing with an understanding of delivering a consumer-type social experience for corporate audiences
A graphic design and video editing native who loves creating beautiful designs
Ability to manage many tasks at once across social media management platforms using project management tools and scheduling apps
Eagerness to take the next big step in your career and cement your legacy as a top-tier social media associate
