HERA Organics, a female-founded startup rethinking menstruation, is looking for a Social Media Assistant. You will join a small, collaborative team and play a key role in shaping our brand's voice and growth from the beginning.
What You'll Do
- Plan and create engaging content for Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Manage the community by responding to comments and DMs.
- Research current social media trends relevant to our brand.
- Support on-site content productions with creators.
- Collaborate closely with our internal team and external partners.
What We're Looking For
- First practical experience in social media management.
- Proficiency with content creation tools like Canva.
- A strong sense for trends and an eye for aesthetics.
- An open, communicative, and curious mindset.
- An independent and flexible way of working.
