Join Abe as a Social Media Advertising Strategist, a future opening where you'll be the key driver of successful LinkedIn advertising campaigns for mid-market and enterprise B2B clients. Reporting to the Associate Director, you’ll work directly with clients to build custom strategies and ensure campaign performance meets ambitious goals.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and lead a portfolio of Social Media advertising accounts.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day support for your client contacts.
- Build quarterly paid media strategies and present results to clients.
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for all paid media campaigns.
- Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI.
- Deeply understand each client's positioning and unique value propositions.
- Confirm lead routing accuracy within client CRMs.
- Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through strong client relationships.
- Communicate weekly with vendors and operational partners to align on tasks and improvements.
- Work directly with the Associate Director to achieve both internal and client objectives.
- Manage your own productivity and utilization effectively.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience working at a performance or digital marketing agency.
- Hands-on experience supporting B2B clients.
- Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, with specific mastery of LinkedIn Ads.
- Understanding of different LinkedIn Ad Units such as conversation ads, document ads, and CTV.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of paid media principles: keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel.
- Proven, measurable success managing mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, and other criteria.
- Ability to translate data into compelling stories and articulate clear strategy.
- A problem solver who is equally competitive and curious.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- A quality-obsessed approach to all deliverables.
- Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, per client.

You’ll be part of the social media team, reporting directly to the Associate Director, in a collaborative environment focused on driving client success.

- Annual base salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 USD.
