What You'll Do
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, focusing on building and refining paid social strategies that generate leads and accelerate growth. You'll take ownership of campaign performance on LinkedIn and Meta, from initial planning to ongoing optimization, ensuring each client achieves their business goals.
Develop quarterly strategies tailored to client objectives, crafting targeted campaigns using precise audience segmentation, compelling ad copy, and efficient budget allocation. Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, translating performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align on deliverables, troubleshoot issues, and improve outcomes. Work closely with leadership to meet both client expectations and internal performance targets, while identifying opportunities for upsells and referrals through trusted advisory.
Requirements
You bring at least two years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing agency, with a focus on B2B client work and paid social advertising. You have deep familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, including experience using various ad formats such as conversation ads, document ads, and CTV placements.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and analytics tools like Google Analytics and GA4 is essential. You’re skilled in bid management, keyword research, and campaign optimization, with a proven ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
You’re organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly—both in writing and verbally—helps you build trust with clients and stakeholders. You’re naturally curious, always exploring new trends and technologies to stay ahead in the digital landscape.
