Klabin is hiring a Junior Social Media professional to support the brand's digital presence. You will assist in planning, creating, and executing content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
What You'll Do
- Support the planning, creation, and execution of content for the brand's social media to ensure an active digital presence aligned with marketing strategies.
- Plan social media content by developing a monthly editorial calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and objectives.
- Produce captions and texts for publications based on briefings and the brand's verbal identity.
- Support the creation of simple visual pieces using tools like Canva, following the brand's visual identity.
- Schedule and publish posts on platforms using social media managers or native publishing tools.
- Monitor comments and direct messages, responding to or directing demands to responsible parties.
- Track basic social media performance metrics using platform analytics to evaluate post results.
- Research content trends, formats, and references by following segment profiles and trend reports.
- Support digital marketing campaigns by executing content spin-offs and action coverage.
- Organize and keep the bank of images, videos, and institutional materials updated in shared folders.
- Prepare simple social media reports compiling performance data and key learnings.
- Monitor influencer deliveries, checking deadlines, formats, and adherence to briefings.
- Support initial contact and negotiation with influencers by sending invitations and campaign briefings.
- Map and research influencers aligned with the brand's positioning via social media searches and specialized platforms.
What We're Looking For
- Complete higher education in Marketing, Graphic Design, Audiovisual, Journalism, or related marketing and communication fields.
Nice to Have
- 2 to 3 years of experience desirable.
- Experience in relationship and management of digital influencers, including profile mapping, contact, briefing dispatch, delivery monitoring, and campaign results analysis.
- Basic English desirable.
- Experience managing institutional social media, including content planning, caption production, post scheduling, and follower interaction on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of content creation and editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, basic Photoshop) and digital performance metrics.
