APAC Mississippi, Inc., a CRH company, is hiring a Mobile Concrete Plant Operator to manage the accurate preparation and mixing of high-quality concrete for various construction projects. You will join a team dedicated to delivering materials that meet our high standards for safety and performance.
What You'll Do
- Operate various concrete plants in a safe and efficient manner.
- Batch concrete loads according to specific mix designs and project specifications.
- Perform scheduled plant maintenance, including cleaning and greasing.
- Keep a detailed daily log of all plant activities.
- Coordinate tanker deliveries, concrete dispatch, and other operations to ensure smooth plant function.
- Ensure all products meet or exceed customer expectations for quality and service.
- Order required materials daily for production.
- Responsible for producing quality concrete products.
- Perform general labor duties as necessary.
- Safely operate various equipment as required.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties.
What We're Looking For
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and criminal background check.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including day, night, or weekend shifts, at various locations.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Nice to Have
- Previous concrete experience is preferred but not required.

Work Mode
