Responsibilities
- Deliver integrated information technology and operational technology solutions that meet business requirements and comply with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Lead the design, implementation, and rollout of high-priority initiatives within defined timelines and financial constraints.
- Maintain reliable operation and optimal performance of global and regional business systems.
- Oversee project governance, risk mitigation, and compliance with security policies.
- Promote efficient DevOps practices across platforms and software applications.
- Track project progress, manage scope changes, and address issues proactively.
- Provide clear and timely reporting on project status, risks, and key performance indicators.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure seamless handover from project teams to operational support teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated background in managing IT/OT project lifecycles and operational support.
- In-depth understanding of OT cybersecurity principles and industrial communication protocols.
- Proven expertise in GxP-regulated environments and validation of computerized systems.
- Solid grasp of Agile and Scrum project methodologies.
- Track record in managing project budgets, risks, and schedules effectively.
- Proficient in engaging stakeholders and guiding organizational change.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with analytical problem-solving abilities.
