About the Role Key Responsibilities - Deliver IT & OT solutions aligned with business needs and compliance standards. - Partner with stakeholders to analyze demands and propose effective technology solutions. - Manage design, deployment, and delivery of priority projects within scope and budget. - Ensure operational stability and performance of global and local business systems. - Oversee project governance, risk management, and adherence to security policies. - Drive efficient DevOps practices for platforms and applications. - Monitor project execution, control scope, and resolve issues proactively. - Provide accurate reporting on project status, risks, and performance metrics. - Collaborate across teams and strategic suppliers to achieve delivery excellence. - Guarantee smooth transition from project delivery to operations. Essential Requirements - University degree in Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience. - Proven experience in IT/OT project delivery and operations management. - Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity and industrial protocols. - Expertise in GxP environments and computerized system validation. - Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Demonstrated ability to manage risks, budgets, and timelines effectively. - Skilled in stakeholder engagement and change management. - Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities. Desirable Requirements - Experience with execution and financial management of IT/OT projects and vendor coordination. - Familiarity with emerging technologies and ability to drive digital innovation initiatives.
