Qualytics was looking for a Snr Demand Gen Manager

Qualytics is hiring a Senior Demand Generation Manager as the first dedicated hire to build this function from the ground up. You will be responsible for architecting a full-funnel strategy with a heavy focus on ABM targeting the Fortune 2000, collaborating with a high-performance go-to-market team.

What You'll Do

  • Build and lead our demand generation strategy, with a heavy focus on ABM targeting the Fortune 2000
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, email, web, events, and partner programs to engage complex buying committees
  • Align with Sales to build target account lists and create a customized program structure to engage these accounts
  • Partner closely with product marketing and content to develop compelling, persona-driven assets for campaigns
  • Help stand up measurement and reporting to ensure everything is tracked so we can report on marketing KPIs
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through experimentation with new tactics, better audience segmentation, and processes
  • Evaluate best-in-class demand gen tools, including AI-powered platforms that enhance targeting and personalization

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7+ years of B2B demand generation experience
  • Proven ABM execution
  • Success marketing to the C-Suite and enterprise buying teams
  • Fluent with ABM platforms and intent-based targeting tools
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, early-stage environments where agility and ownership matter
  • Strong collaboration skills to partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to align around revenue

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing in data, analytics, or infrastructure markets
