Snappycx is hiring a dependable Bilingual CRM Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated support for a real estate client. You will focus on maintaining accurate client records, managing CRM email campaigns, and handling communications, primarily in Spanish. The ideal candidate can work independently with minimal supervision.
What You'll Do
- Create, update, and maintain accurate client records within the company’s CRM database.
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Marketing team to extract tagged client information for CRM email campaigns.
- Communicate primarily in Spanish, review client responses and comments, and update the CRM accordingly.
- Schedule client meetings and manage calendars.
- Respond to emails and follow up as needed.
- Assist with client documentation using Dotloop.
- Ensure CRM data and client records remain accurate and organized.
What We're Looking For
- Experience using CRM databases and creating CRM email campaigns.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in Spanish and English.
- Experience working with Dotloop.
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
