Mindoula Health is looking for a Crisis Center Case Manager to be a key member of our 24/7 crisis response team. You will provide real-time support to members experiencing behavioral health crises via phone, text, and chat, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team focused on compassionate, life-saving care.
What You'll Do
- Respond to behavioral health crises using trauma-informed, de-escalation techniques
- Conduct suicide and safety risk assessments and escalate to emergency services when needed
- Create and review collaborative safety plans with members
- Coordinate referrals and transfers to appropriate levels of care (outpatient, mobile crisis, ED, inpatient, etc.)
- Engage family members and support systems when appropriate
- Complete timely, accurate documentation and participate in case reviews and quality improvement
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of behavioral health experience (case management, crisis response, care coordination, counseling, etc.)
- Strong skills in crisis assessment, safety planning, and digital communication
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize member safety
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment
- Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive care
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
- Crisis center, emergency department, or mobile crisis experience

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $20.67 to $23.08 hourly ($43,000 to $48,000 a year) based on education and experience
