Zillow is hiring an SMB Account Executive to sell Agent Software and Advertising products directly to Premier Agent real estate partners. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle to prospect, qualify, present, and close new accounts, directly driving revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Advise prospective customers on Zillow's products and services to drive revenue.
- Employ a strategic approach to prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing new accounts.
- Make around 50 outbound cold calls daily.
- Efficiently identify decision makers within your book of business and uncover their decision criteria.
- Consistently achieve target quota and key performance indicators.
- Ensure an effective handoff of new Premier Agent partners to customer success teams.
- Maintain and understand relevant sales tools, including Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Tableau, Sonar, and Microsoft Office.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of two years experience in a full cycle, B2B sales role.
- Ability to articulate a compelling value proposition and overcome objections through active listening.
- Ability to pitch multiple products by understanding prospect needs.
- Understanding of how a customer pipeline and top-of-funnel activity drive success.
- Ability to assess pipeline health to create accurate revenue forecasts.
- Track record of strategically managing a large book of business to achieve monthly or quarterly quotas.
- Awareness of the competitive Real Estate landscape and market influences.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a complex industry with changing regulatory dynamics or selling a complex product.
