Homebot is hiring a SMB Account Executive

About the Role

As an SMB Account Executive, you will play a key role in growing a scalable sales engine by connecting mortgage lenders, real estate agents, and financial service providers with a comprehensive homeownership solution. Based in Denver, this position operates under a hybrid model, with in-office collaboration expected three days per week to foster team alignment and client-focused innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage in high-volume outbound outreach, consistently making over 100 calls daily and securing a minimum of three discovery meetings
  • Conduct product demonstrations that clearly communicate value and address specific pain points for SMB clients
  • Manage a dynamic pipeline of inbound and warm leads using CRM and sales engagement tools to maintain momentum and forecast accuracy
  • Identify and overcome objections by refining messaging in partnership with sales enablement
  • Collaborate with referral partners and leadership to accelerate deal flow and improve conversion rates
  • Provide actionable feedback to marketing teams on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
  • Support onboarding and mentorship of new account executives, sharing best practices and contributing to team-wide growth

What We’re Looking For

You bring 1–3+ years of experience in fast-paced, transactional sales—ideally in SaaS or financial technology. You’re comfortable managing a high-volume pipeline and thrive in environments where persistence, follow-through, and data-driven habits lead to success. Familiarity with CRM platforms, dialing systems, and sales engagement tools like Outreach is essential. A background in mortgage lending or real estate services is a strong plus.
