Softchoice is hiring a SLED Account Specialist

Shape the client journey for public sector organizations with fewer than 500 employees by serving as their primary point of contact from onboarding through long-term success. In this hybrid role based in Toronto, you’ll manage transactions, renewals, and procurement activities while ensuring clients fully leverage digital resources.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to incoming requests and support purchasing needs for SLED clients
  • Follow up on quotes and close renewal opportunities efficiently
  • Log and track client interactions and sales opportunities in Salesforce
  • Partner with vendors to secure optimal pricing and product availability
  • Guide clients through onboarding to the Softchoice.com portal with live walkthroughs
  • Promote digital adoption by demonstrating procurement tools during every client interaction
  • Stay current on product developments and technology trends through regular training
  • Support high customer satisfaction by delivering consistent, responsive service

What You Bring

  • At least one year of experience in B2B or B2C sales or customer support
  • A completed college or university degree
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM systems (preferred)
  • Experience working with public sector procurement processes (an asset)

Compensation is competitive and reflects experience, skills, and location. In Ontario, the base salary range is approximately $54,000 – $68,000.
