Softchoice is looking for a SLED Account Specialist to serve as a trusted advisor for our public sector clients. You will ensure they achieve maximum value from their partnership with Softchoice and WWT, owning the end-to-end client journey from onboarding to growth. As part of our high-impact inbound team, you’ll focus on supporting organizations with fewer than 500 employees, helping them navigate technology challenges.
What You'll Do
- Respond to incoming client calls and purchase requests from SLED customers
- Follow up and close transactional renewals
- Create and manage opportunities in Salesforce
- Follow up on quoted products and services
- Collaborate with vendors to secure best pricing and product availability
- Execute on selling under Public Sector procurement contracts
- Set clients up on the Softchoice.com portal
- Drive web adoption by assisting clients to place orders through guided demos
- Attend trainings to keep up with new products and technologies
- Drive customer experience scores through legendary customer service
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of B2C or B2B sales or customer support experience
- College or University degree
Nice to Have
- Salesforce experience
- Public Sector or SLED experience
