Water-link is looking for a Site Supervisor RIO to oversee the smooth execution of maintenance works and small infrastructure projects for the sewer network. This role combines technical preparation with on-site coordination, ideal for someone who keeps an overview, makes decisions, and drives projects forward. You will work where technology, infrastructure, and societal impact converge.
What You'll Do
- You are responsible for the maintenance of the main sewer, specifically cleaning and inspection.
- You analyze plans, specifications, and technical files.
- You organize and plan maintenance works and small projects.
- You order materials and ensure everything is available on time.
- You coordinate contractors and internal teams across various sites.
- You monitor execution and intervene when necessary.
- You maintain contact with municipalities, utilities, and internal stakeholders.
- You correctly record and report site data.
- You identify improvements in processes and working methods.
- You manage multiple sites simultaneously, ensuring projects are executed correctly, safely, and according to schedule.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in infrastructure works, utilities, road construction, or pipeline works.
- Someone who enjoys coordinating and maintaining an overview of multiple sites.
- Someone who can think along technically and dares to make decisions.
