Responsibilities
- Lead and develop interdisciplinary teams composed of engineers, planners, and external consultants, including hiring and ongoing professional support of direct reports.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, local stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and economic development organizations.
- Assist in locating and assessing land parcels that support long-term data center expansion goals.
- Oversee project or portfolio outcomes, including setting objectives, guiding teams, and ensuring compliance with financial and timeline commitments.
- Manage leadership and supervisory duties for a specialized technical unit or functional area.
- Advance due diligence, zoning approvals, permitting, entitlements, and coordination of offsite infrastructure development to completion.
- Proactively recognize potential risks and implement mitigation measures and backup plans.
- Promote a work environment centered on responsibility, creative problem-solving, and transparent dialogue.
- Implement and train teams on artificial intelligence-powered project management systems based on machine learning, including AI4Eng platforms.
