About the Role

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of a commercial property, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and operational, and that tenants are satisfied with the services provided.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
  • Manage and maintain the property's infrastructure
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and renovations
  • Handle tenant requests and complaints
  • Prepare and manage the site's budget and financial records
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property
  • Implement and enforce security measures
  • Oversee the maintenance of landscaping and common areas
  • Ensure that all equipment and machinery are in good working condition
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate with the regional manager on strategic planning and budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
  • Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules
  • Monitor and control energy consumption
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling programs
  • Coordinate with local authorities on property-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations
  • Oversee the maintenance of HVAC systems
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
