Responsibilities
- Collects and processes required documentation such as lease agreements, BIR forms, and tax declarations
- Collaborates with legal, engineering, building administration, and procurement departments
- Ensures all site acquisitions meet established clinic standards and criteria
- Reviews and prepares contracts and other legally binding paperwork
- Coordinates projects by communicating with internal units and external parties including landlords, building managers, finance, and procurement
- Monitors and manages timelines and deliverables across all involved teams
- Keeps an accurate and up-to-date record of all site information in the database
- Organizes and submits necessary documents to landlords and internal stakeholders, particularly finance and support teams
- Delivers periodic updates and progress reports on acquisition activities
