Paired is seeking a Short-Form Ads Video Editor for a rapidly growing US-based company specializing in high-quality consumer products. What You'll Do
- Edit and produce impactful short-form video ads for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Stories.
- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop video content that aligns with brand messaging and advertising campaigns.
- Craft captivating narratives with concise storytelling elements, utilizing hooks that capture viewers' attention within the first few seconds.
- Incorporate sound design, music, graphics, and visual effects to elevate the overall production quality of each project.
- Consistently track and analyze performance metrics, iteratively improving video content based on audience engagement and conversion data.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in video editing and social media advertising to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in video editing, specifically for short-form advertising content.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and advertising strategies, particularly in creating content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Creative storytelling skills with the ability to convey messages succinctly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with the marketing team and stakeholders.
- A portfolio showcasing previous short-form advertising work is required.
- 3+ years of experience in video editing, especially with a focus on short-form content for social media.
- Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
- Proven ability to develop engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with brand objectives.
