Super Speciosa is looking for a highly skilled Shopify Virtual Assistant with deep platform expertise to join our team. This role supports our marketing, product, and e-commerce efforts by ensuring our website stays up-to-date, error-free, fast, and optimized for conversion across ongoing promotional campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Manage product listings, variants, pricing, inventory updates, and PDP/collection optimizations
- Update onsite promotions: announcement bars, landing pages, pop-ups, banners, discounts, and automation triggers
- Create and maintain landing pages using Replo, theme editor, and custom sections
- Monitor store performance and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Collaborate with our graphic designer and marketing team for new assets and promotions
- Modify and update Shopify 2.0 themes
- Assist with Liquid, HTML, and CSS edits for troubleshooting or customization
- Integrate, manage, and troubleshoot Shopify apps like Klaviyo, ReConvert, AfterSell, and reviews apps
- Optimize store speed, mobile performance, and user experience
- Support CRO audits, A/B testing setup, and data collection
- Create and manage Shopify flows and automations
- Assist with order flow checks, tracking updates, and fulfillment-related troubleshooting
- Perform data entry, maintain organized records, track SKUs, and ensure product accuracy
- Prepare reports and assist in coordinating tasks with marketing, development, and customer support teams
- Support B2B/wholesale setup, product uploads, and pricing updates when needed
- Maintain documentation for store processes and product updates
- Ensure accurate implementation of promotional campaigns on Shopify
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, fulfillment, dev) to ensure smooth execution
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of proven experience managing Shopify stores in DTC, dropshipping, or e-commerce
- Strong understanding of Shopify 2.0, sections, templates, metafields, and theme customizations
- Ability to make front-end edits using Liquid, HTML, and CSS (basic JavaScript is a plus)
- Experience with Klaviyo, ReConvert, AfterSell, GemPages, and other Shopify apps
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot Shopify issues quickly and effectively
- Strong communication skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with technical documentation and following SOPs
Nice to Have
- Experience in supplements, wellness, or regulated product industries
- Familiarity with Shopify Plus
- Understanding of CRO principles, mobile optimization, A/B testing, and site performance
- Experience with Shopify API, Flow, Scripts, or advanced automation
- Knowledge of basic SEO best practices (metadata, alt text, structured content)
- Experience coordinating with remote teams (marketing, design, development)
