Responsibilities
- Oversee and sustain the Shopify admin backend to maintain site performance, accuracy, and overall health
- Update product listings, including variants, pricing, and associated details as required
- Create and manage metafields in Shopify to enhance product data, catalog structure, and custom features
- Support updates and modifications to Shopify themes and front-end design elements
- Maintain logical product grouping, collections, and navigation for optimal user experience
- Contribute to continuous website improvements and performance optimization efforts
- Identify and resolve technical issues, errors, or inconsistencies within the online store
- Collaborate with internal teams to support new product rollouts and business initiatives
- Operate carefully within live environments, adhering to protocols to prevent service disruptions
- Help document workflows, standard procedures, and best practices as needed
