Encore Fire Protection is seeking a Shop Technician to join our Kistler O'Brien Fire Protection team. You will be a key player in ensuring the operational readiness and reliability of critical fire protection equipment, performing essential technical work in our shop environment.
What You'll Do
- Inspect, test, and maintain fire protection systems and components.
- Perform repairs and overhauls on fire suppression equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, codes, and company quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
- Keep the shop area organized, clean, and safe.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a mechanical, technical, or maintenance role.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
