CVS Health is looking for a Shift Supervisor Trainee to begin a path toward a supervisory career. This entry-level, short-term role prepares you for positions like Operations or Shift Supervisor by immersing you in key aspects of our business and culture. You’ll perform directed work and complete foundational training.
What You'll Do
- Work effectively with store management and store crews.
- Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing, and following up of all activities.
- Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
- Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints.
- Promote the CVS customer service culture (Greet, offer help, and thank).
- Handle all customer relations issues according to company policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- When promoted, lead store staff and ensure store operations run smoothly when no manager is onsite.
- When promoted, ensure the completion of all store opening and closing procedures.
