- Produce detailed shift summaries covering performance, incidents, and operational deviations.
- Work with teams to refine block preparation and feeding workflows for improved output.
- Implement sustainability actions specific to the mining discipline.
- Adhere to environmental and social compliance requirements applicable to operations.
- Apply methods to reduce environmental and social risks in daily activities.
- Support and report on sustainability efforts within the work area.
- Act in alignment with established sustainability principles and expectations.
