Responsibilities
- Oversee restaurant team performance, align staffing with sales forecasts, train employees to deliver exceptional service, enforce appearance guidelines, and foster a positive, collaborative, and energetic work culture.
- Interact safely with customers during in-store visits.
- Take and process phone orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage confidential customer data responsibly and maintain privacy standards.
- Process credit payments and perform bank deposits as required.
- Address customer concerns professionally and promptly, collect feedback, share insights with the team, and apply suggestions to improve operations and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Follow and provide clear written instructions; communicate effectively with customers and coworkers to manage orders via phone and in person.
- Perform cash handling tasks and support inventory management to reduce waste and loss.
- Quickly and accurately perform basic arithmetic operations, with or without a calculator.
- Provide accurate change during cash transactions.
- Use strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills to take and process orders; coordinate hand-eye movements for fast, precise order entry via keyboard or touchscreen.
- Operate all kitchen and service equipment and maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility through daily cleaning routines.
- Move delivered ingredients to storage, prep areas, and coolers; conduct inventory checks and complete required documentation.
- Prepare food items according to quality and safety standards.
- Safely operate a motor vehicle when required for duties.
