Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative functions within the SHEQ department.
- Gather and prepare data for monthly business performance reporting.
- Examine incident records in the Assure system and verify accurate classification.
- Manage the central SHEQ email inbox and distribute relevant communications.
- Collect and share SESS racking reports, Allianz updates, and related information with teams and sites.
- Compile and disseminate insurance-related data from providers to internal stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings related to SHEQ and insurance matters, including room reservations.
- Track inventory levels for drug and alcohol testing supplies and organize site deliveries.
- Gather and maintain records of defibrillator locations, including service schedules.
- Coordinate training sessions delivered by the central SHEQ team and inform relevant departments.
