Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations at security screening checkpoints and baggage screening areas, including oversight of equipment and staff scheduling.
- Supervise and perform security screenings of individuals and their carry-on or checked baggage to ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Promote the continuous improvement of critical thinking skills among team members to identify, evaluate, and respond to potential security risks.
- Operate a variety of security screening technologies and equipment as required by protocol.
- Engage with travelers and stakeholders through clear communication, including conducting pre-shift briefings.
- Document security incidents and prepare detailed reports as needed.
- Enforce and apply updated security screening protocols in alignment with current regulations.

Compensation
The expected pay range is $44.29 to $50.19 per hour, based on experience and certifications, as determined by the Department of Labor Service Contract Act (SCA).
