Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support employee travel arrangements.
- Distribute client and internal updates to all staff members.
- Collect daily paperwork, lost items, cash, recyclables, and deliver supplies as required.
- Track all government-issued equipment such as keys, radios, and headsets.
- Arrange maintenance and repairs for equipment.
- Serve as administrative coordinator for property and lost and found, managing the database, responding to inquiries, arranging item returns, and processing monthly donations or disposals.
- Act as liaison for passenger claims by updating databases, responding to claimants, supporting investigations, and helping resolve issues.
- Reconcile parking expense reports and adjust for employee status changes.
- Process purchase requests, monitor order status, resolve vendor problems, and manage inventory.
- Record employee travel expenses and reimbursements, ensuring complete documentation is sent to headquarters.
- Maintain master employee records and seniority lists.
- Support human capital functions by distributing employee forms and materials.
- Facilitate communication between management and corporate HR on leave, counseling, and documentation needs.
- Manage the employee SharePoint site by posting and removing documents per management direction.
