About the Role

As a ServiceTitan Consultant, you'll play a key role in shaping how a service-driven organization leverages technology to scale efficiently. Your expertise will ensure the platform is fully aligned with business goals, delivering measurable improvements in operations, marketing, and financial performance.

What You'll Do

  • Perform comprehensive audits of existing ServiceTitan setups to uncover inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
  • Design and implement optimized configurations for pricebooks, service plans, job types, and business units.
  • Configure and refine Marketing Pro tools, including audience targeting, campaign tracking, and automated messaging workflows.
  • Analyze marketing ROI, customer retention trends, and revenue attribution to guide strategic decisions.
  • Work alongside operations teams to streamline scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, and job costing processes.
  • Build intuitive dashboards that track critical metrics like average ticket size, technician conversion, CSR booking rates, and membership growth.
  • Ensure seamless integration between ServiceTitan and accounting platforms such as QuickBooks for accurate financial reporting.
  • Deliver actionable insights to leadership based on system data and operational patterns.
  • Train internal teams on best practices for system usage and promote long-term adoption.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate performance and identify ongoing optimization opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of direct experience configuring and managing ServiceTitan environments.
  • Hands-on background with Marketing Pro, including campaign execution and automation.
  • Proven track record in diagnosing operational workflows and implementing effective system solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and interpreting KPIs.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and other accounting integrations.
  • Clear communicator skilled at working across departments and levels.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
