What You'll Do
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services, ensuring client requirements are consistently met or surpassed. Coordinate closely with security operations to uphold service level agreements and maintain operational excellence. Manage the onboarding of new clients, providing structured project oversight and aligning internal teams with client needs.
Monitor performance metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization and ensure all service delivery workflows are clearly documented and followed. Serve as a primary point of contact for client relationships, fostering trust through consistent communication and proactive support. Deliver regular performance updates to leadership, highlighting key outcomes and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be a citizen of one of the 32 NATO member states
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- 3–4 years of experience in service delivery, ideally within MDR or security operations
- Strong grasp of incident response and security operations workflows
- Fluent in both Dutch and English
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 27001, and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
