What You'll Do
Oversee the complete investor services lifecycle for private equity, hedge funds, and hybrid structures, ensuring precision and timeliness across all deliverables. Lead and develop a team of up to eight professionals, guiding performance, training, and recruitment to meet evolving client needs.
Address escalated transaction inquiries and resolve complex AML/KYC documentation challenges in coordination with Compliance and MLRO. Review redemption schedules, investor transactions, and wire transfers to maintain financial accuracy and regulatory alignment. Ensure all client and investor reporting meets agreed timelines and specifications.
Manage critical audit requirements, including annual fund audits and investor audit responses, while maintaining strong coordination with NAV, QA, and Compliance teams. Foster long-term client relationships through consistent communication and service excellence.
Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, team structure, and operational efficiency. Support system improvements through feedback on proprietary platforms enhanced by machine learning and robotic process automation.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years in hedge fund administration, with at least three years in a supervisory role
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and mentor staff
- Strong command of systems, fund processes, and transaction analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and a clear escalation mindset
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, approachable, and committed to continuous improvement
- Experience with alternative fund structures is an advantage
